Sober buddies Glasgow

Join our sober companions, 'Buddy System', to support you through the first part of early recovery. They are there to talk to you, provide support, and offer non-judgmental and sometimes medical advice and information as you work through your first days back home and in your life. The role of a sober companion is to help create a structure and support system in the individual's recovery.
